Our BizTex Coveralls are classifed by Type of protection, in accordance with the PPE Directive. We have noted below briefly what the Types of protection are, to assist you in your product selection.
Type 3 = pressurised liquid chemicals (protects against strong jets of liquid chemical)
Type 4 = liquid aerosols (protects against saturation of lquid chemicals )
Type 5 = dry particles (protects against airborne solid particles/hazardous dust)
Type 6 = liquid chemicals, sprays and splashes that are not directional or built up on the suit but there may be fine mist in the atmosphere
