Effective against MRSA, listeria, salmonella, e.coli, pseudomonas aeruginosa, staphylococcus aureus and enterococcus hirae at 20°C after five minutes contact time and clostridium difficile after 30 minutes
Non-tainting to foodstuffs and hence safe for use where food is processed without the need to rinse
